The Carcassonne Big Box includes the base game of Carcassonne, the 2001 Spiel des Jahres (Game of the Year), along with 11 expansions.

Build your own medieval landscape in Carcassonne, one of the most famous board games in the world.
By laying tiles representing roads, cities, abbeys and meadows, each player shapes the common board and places his meeples to get the most out of it.
At each turn, a crucial decision: where to place the tile, and should you send a meeple there? Because each meeple posed embodies a different role: knight in a city, traveler on a road, monk in an abbey, etc
Strategy mingles with opportunism, because the map constantly evolves as the turns pass!

Adapted from 7 years old, for 2 to 6 players and games of about 35 minutes, the Carcassonne game seduces with its simple rules, its careful equipment and its strong replayability, and is a must-have reference for board game enthusiasts, families and new players.
